Return & Refund Policy

At OrthFit India, we aim to deliver quality orthopedic and wellness products with complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.

Note: Due to hygiene and health concerns, returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or worn orthopedic supports, braces, belts, or garments.

  • Hot/cold therapy items once opened.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue with your order number.

  • Once verified, we will offer:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund, based on your preference and product availability.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@orthfitindia.com or call us at +91 9891736704.

  2. Mention your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will verify and approve the return, if eligible.

  4. You may need to ship the product back to our return address, which will be shared during the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, we will initiate your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit (as preferred).


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

6. Exceptions

OrthFit India reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if:

  • Products show signs of wear, use, or tampering.

  • Returns are made after the eligible period.

  • Claims are made without valid proof or images.
