1. Packaging

All orthopedic and wellness products are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safety during transit. Fragile items like braces, hot/cold packs, etc., are double-wrapped and marked as “Fragile” or “Handle with Care.”

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India, including remote and rural areas. If express air or special transport is required, additional charges may apply and will be notified during checkout.

Note: Delays may occur during festivals, national holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Any special delivery or remote location charges will be clearly shown during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status in real-time via the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Customs and Duties

  • Domestic (within India): No import duty applies.

  • International (if applicable): Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

7. Delivery Failure

  • In case delivery fails (e.g. no one available to receive), our courier partner will attempt 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • We will contact you to reship or refund (reshipping may incur additional charges).

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention “Damaged on Arrival” while receiving and contact us immediately with photos or videos.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • We offer either:

    • A free replacement (if available), or

    • A full/partial refund (based on inspection and courier report).

9. Express / Priority Shipping

Express shipping may be available for select pin codes at additional charges, visible at checkout. Delivery time and cost may vary depending on region and service selected.
